Jennifer Whitaker

Jennifer Whitaker is an executive coach and management consultant with a lifelong passion in helping others uncover their gifts and reach their highest potential. With over 20 years of experience in a blend of counseling, management and ownership positions, Jennifer understands first hand the unique dynamics of high-performing cultures. Using this foundation of experience, she has coached and transformed the lives of leaders from Fortune 500 companies to government agencies to mid-sized and family-owned businesses.

Jennifer founded Halogenex (formerly Institute of Performance Excellence) in 2003 when she and Lee Wolfe merged their respective coaching and consulting companies. Their partnership blends together a powerful skill set that can remedy the host of issues an organization faces in their quest for high-performance. Jennifer's specific areas of expertise include leadership development, time management, and interpersonal effectiveness.

Jennifer has a Master's Degree in counseling from Auburn University, is a certified business coach through the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC) and holds an additional master's and doctorate degree in related fields. Although Jennifer values her educational achievements, what she cherishes most is her family - her husband, Michael and their son Justin.

Supporting her lifelong passion of helping others, giving back to the community is a major emphasis for Jennifer. She actively serves on the United Way Capital Campaign and is involved in Relay for Life and United Way Women's Legacy. She has completed the Leadership Gwinnett Program and serves on the Board of Directors of Christian City and Dream House for Medically Fragile Children.
